The publication of this reproduction of Samuel Palmer's Sketch-Book was made possible by the generosity of Miss Joan Linnell Ivimy who lent the original volume. 510 copied numbered 51 to 560, with both volumes bound in cloth. This is number 306. The Sketch-book was reproduced in Paris by Trianon Press (France) in the workshops of MM. Hourdebaigt and Crampe by the collotype and stencil process; the binding was by Engel. The Introduction & Commentary were printed by Spottiswoode, Ballantyne & Co. Ltd., London and Colchester, and bound by Mansell. The book was produced and published, under the supervision of Mr. Arnold Fawcus, by the Trianon Press, Chateau dr Boissia, Clairivaux, Jura, France, and is distributed throughout the world by Bernard Quaritch Ltd., 11 Grafton Street, London W.1.
