Description
This is the second item of this caliber that has been up for auction, both acquiredby me and one has sold so far. This is another once in a lifetime opportunity to own a personal sketchpad used by Gladys emerson cook. The first page is said to be her property and has an address for Wolcott Hotel in New York. I assume this was the sketch pad she carried around during her time in New York. This came from a Massachusetts estate that dealt in antiques for 2 generations (books and paper ephemera being the prominent niche) . Alongside it is another sketchpad of smaller size that was sold in april of 2024.
